Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Arden, NC

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be working with customer parts before and after the electroplating process-basically making sure everything is prepped perfectly and comes out looking just right.

That means:

• Prepping parts (wiring, racking, cleaning, bead blasting)
• Inspecting finished products for quality and defects
• Carefully handling, sorting, packaging, and labeling parts
• Keeping everything organized, documented, and on track

This role is all about precision, care, and consistency. If you like working with your hands and take pride in doing things right, you'll fit in well here.

What We're Looking For:

• Good attention to detail
• Steady hands and solid hand-eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and stay organized
• Manufacturing or hands-on experience is a plus but not required
