What You’ll Do

You are the heart of our administrative admissions process. Your goal is to ensure a smooth, efficient, and welcoming experience for new clients and their families.

  • First Impression Ambassador: Respond promptly and warmly to incoming calls and walk-in referrals, guiding them through the initial inquiry process.
  • Referral Coordinator: Complete phone and in-person screenings, maintaining accurate call logs and processing referrals to ensure a seamless intake preparation.
  • Intake Facilitator: Send welcome packets, schedule intake appointments, and act as a liaison between families and clinical staff.
  • Regulatory & Insurance Liaison: Gather essential information, update ABN forms, and manage Medicare/insurance verification and prior authorization renewals.
  • Data Steward: Ensure 100% completion of new client paperwork and meticulous data entry into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
Requirements:

What We’re Looking For

  • Empathy & Communication: A warm, professional demeanor with the ability to converse compassionately with patients and families under stress.
  • Highly Organized: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Administrative Aptitude: Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and standard office software.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in insurance, data entry, and compliance paperwork.

What You’ll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Two (2) years’ experience in diversified office work is preferred.
  • Experience with health insurance billing procedures preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills with attention to detail is required.
  • A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and auto insurance with minimum coverage of 100,00/300,00 are essential.
