We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented File Clerk to support our Las Vegas office. This role is critical to maintaining operational efficiency, particularly in managing and coordinating outbound mail across multiple offices. The ideal candidate is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in producing accurate, timely work. No prior legal experience is required — just a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process outbound mail for all offices, including letters, packages, and certified mail
• Scan letters and documents before mailing to ensure accurate archiving
• Prepare envelopes, affix postage, and use the Pitney Bowes machine for mailing
• Upload scanned documents into Filevine (our case management system) and update associated case matters
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency to ensure all outgoing items are sent on time

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of mail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Filevine or other case management software is a plus
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Hourly Range: $12.00-$15.00 per hour
