Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

$34.78 - $54.93 an hour - Full Time Days, 36 hours per week.
+$2.50/hr for weekend shifts.
Boulder Community health is seeking an RN, L&D, who participates in the accomplishment of Boulder Community Health’s and the Family Birth Center’s mission, vision and goals by utilizing the nursing process to coordinate and provide direct patient care.

Qualifications :
•Colorado RN license in good standing.
•BLS certification required by end of conditional period.
•NRP for Family Birth Center required by end of conditional period.
•ACLS certification within 6 months of hire for L&D
Responsibilities:
•The RN is responsible for the assessment of the patients and their families' biopsychosocial and spiritual needs to meet their self-care, educational, environmental, safety and discharge goals.
•The RN is accountable for the assessment of the ancillary staff competencies and appropriateness of delegation for data collection for the above factors.
•The RN is accountable for ongoing coordination, evaluation and revision of the patients' plan of care, utilizing feedback from the patient/family and the health care team.
