This is a high-impact, client-facing architecture role focused on designing scalable Revenue Operations systems that improve how fast-growing companies generate, manage, and convert demand. You will operate at the intersection of marketing operations, sales systems, and data architecture, shaping end-to-end lead lifecycle strategies across modern RevOps stacks. The role requires deep expertise in marketing automation and CRM ecosystems, with a strong emphasis on building scalable, future-proof solutions rather than short-term fixes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical roadmaps. A key part of your work will involve optimizing funnel performance, improving marketing-to-sales alignment, and enabling data-driven decision-making. You will also act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through architectural trade-offs and best practices. This is a highly strategic role with direct influence on revenue efficiency and operational maturity across multiple high-growth organizations.
- Design and architect end-to-end Revenue Operations solutions across marketing automation and CRM platforms, including Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.

- Evaluate system trade-offs and recommend best-in-class solutions balancing scalability, efficiency, and platform capabilities.
- Lead solution presentations to stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and buy-in for proposed architectures and best practices.
- Establish standards for marketing operations, data quality, and system integrations across complex RevOps ecosystems.
- Stay current with marketing technology trends and platform updates to continuously evolve architectural recommendations and internal methodologies.

- Deep hands-on expertise with marketing automation and CRM platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot, and Salesforce.
- Strong ability to design scalable, automated solutions for lead lifecycle management, campaign operations, and funnel optimization.
- Solid understanding of lead scoring, attribution models, data governance, and marketing-to-sales alignment principles.
- Strong technical architecture and systems design skills, with the ability to evaluate trade-offs between out-of-the-box and custom solutions.
- Proven experience advising senior stakeholders and translating business needs into structured technical roadmaps.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and influence client decisions.
- Bonus: Salesforce certifications or marketing automation certifications (e.g., Marketo Expert, HubSpot Solutions Architect).
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, client-facing environments with multiple concurrent projects.
- Competitive base salary of $140,000–$160,000 USD, with performance-based bonus eligibility
- Fully remote work environment with flexibility across approved locations
