About This Position
The Logistics Team Member is responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, load, and unload materials within the facility. This role supports production and warehouse operations by ensuring timely and accurate material handling while maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality.

- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks, pallets, and production lines
- Move raw materials and finished goods to designated locations
- Perform daily equipment inspections and complete required checklists
- Identify and report mechanical issues or safety concerns immediately
- Maintain accurate inventory through proper scanning or documentation
- Follow all OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and staging of materials
- Support production teams by delivering materials in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to Condair’s Quality Assurance System and Health and Safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred, not required
- Previous forklift operating experience required (3-5 years preferred)
While performing the duties of the job, the employee is required to:
- Ability to sit, stand, and operate equipment for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Frequent turning, twisting, and reaching
- Ability to work in varying temperatures (warehouse/production environment)
While performing the job duties, the employee is regularly exposed to:
- Manufacturing/production floor setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and moving equipment
- Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe shoes
