Registered Behavioral Technician at Easterseals Bluegrass – Lexington, Kentucky

Position Summary:

In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, nurturing setting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and care
• Collaborate with families and therapy team members
• Create a positive, encouraging environment for each child
• Support skill development through structured activities and play

Qualifications:

• Active RBT certification required
• Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred
• Passion for pediatric therapy and child development
• Excellent communication, patience, and flexibility
• Ability to work on-site
