Experience in the operation of floor maintenance equipment, chemical applications, and safety procedures.
Able to train and supervise night shift floor tech responsibilities
Able to work independently and lift or move furniture in patient rooms
Possess leadership and teamwork skills
Able to follow directives and provide good judgment related to floor care protocols
Committed to quality care and needs of the patients
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for the patients while providing high quality floor care
Prompt and professional response to floor maintenance requests
Able to manage time and work assignments
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
