Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly and address their service needs with a professional and courteous demeanor.
  • Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle conditions and recommend appropriate maintenance and repair services.
  • Scheduling & Coordination: Manage service schedules, ensuring timely completion and communication with customers.
  • Documentation: Accurately document service orders, customer concerns, and repair needs.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are performed to the highest standards and meet BMW specifications.
  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive maintenance and repair processes.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with dealership management software and basic computer skills.
