Licensed Therapist (Master’s Level) – Residential Substance Abuse Treatment Location: Brandon, MS | Full-Time | Competitive Salary

Defining Wellness Centers, a premier full-continuum residential substance abuse treatment facility located in Brandon, Mississippi, is seeking a Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our dynamic and compassionate clinical team.

Position Overview:
The therapist will provide individual and group therapy to clients in a structured residential environment, addressing co-occurring substance use disorders and mental health. This role focuses on evidence-based, trauma-informed care and plays a vital part in the recovery journey of individuals seeking long-term healing.

Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
Active Mississippi license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Certification in EMDR required
Experience working with first responders and veterans is highly preferred
Strong knowledge of trauma, addiction, and co-occurring disorders
Familiarity with ASAM criteria and individualized treatment planning
Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

Responsibilities:
Provide trauma-informed individual and group therapy sessions
Facilitate therapeutic programming within a full continuum of care
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system
Participate in daily clinical team meetings and case reviews
Support clients in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention plans
