Without a secure way to save, invest, or transfer money, individuals are not empowered to accumulate short or long-term wealth. We're changing that by bridging the gap between traditional banking and the communities that need it most.

About the Role

As Agent Network Director, you will be responsible for defining and governing the Group’s agent and indirect channel strategy and shape how we deliver financial services across all markets. 3. Performance Governance & Commercial Discipline
  • Establish standardized performance dashboards and KPIs across markets , with clear tracking cadence
  • Lead structured performance reviews with regional leadership on a regular cadence

  • Drive corrective action frameworks for underperformance

4. Controls, Compliance & Risk Oversight
  • Ensure agent network structures align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Partner with Compliance and Risk to strengthen fraud prevention and field control mechanisms
  • Standardize reporting, documentation, and audit preparation across markets

5. Organizational Leadership
  • Lead and scale Bank Acquisition, Commercial Training, and Strategic Partnerships functions

  • Define operating cadence, accountability standards, and talent performance expectations
  • Act as a senior partner to regional CEOs and the Group COO
