About This Position
LACERA is recruiting highly motivated and career-minded individuals to fill the position of Finance Analyst I, LACERA Fellowship.
The Fellowship Program: Appointees will participate in LACERA’s two-year Finance Analyst I Fellowship Program. The program provides comprehensive and immersive training for aspiring investment professionals and consists of rigorous training modules, hands-on projects, and direct mentoring from experienced professionals in the industry. This program is designed to equip participants with essential skills and knowledge in institutional investing, preparing them for entry-level investment positions. The Fellowship Program is intended to last no more than two years and does not guarantee employment with LACERA beyond this period.

The Los Angeles County Employees Retirement Association (LACERA) administers and manages the $90+ billion retirement fund for the County of Los Angeles. EXAMINATION CONTENT
The examination process will consist of an evaluation of Training and Experience based on application information and supplemental questionnaire, weighted at 100%.
APPLICANTS MUST MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND MUST ACHIEVE A PASSING SCORE OF 70 OR HIGHER ON THE WEIGHTED PORTION OF THE EXAMINATION IN ORDER TO BE PLACED ON THE ELIGIBLE REGISTER.
Eligible Information: The names of candidates receiving a passing grade will be placed on the eligible register in the order of their score group for a period of twelve (12) months following the date of promulgation.
