In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for applicants, providing support via phone and email.About YouAre you a confident and empathetic communicator who thrives in a high-volume call and email environment? You bring professionalism, sound judgment, and a service-oriented mindset to every interaction, especially when supporting a diverse, global audience.What You’ll DoRespond to a high volume of inbound phone calls and emails, providing accurate and efficient resolution to applicant inquiries.Provide clear guidance on policies, procedures, billing inquiries, and online portal functionality.Collaborate with internal teams to provide timely resolutions and effective first-contact supportDe-escalate sensitive or high-stress situations while maintaining empathy and professionalism.Use good judgment to identify matters that need to be escalated appropriately.
