About This Position
The Field Team Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the field team, ensuring services are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company standards and customer expectations. This role serves as a key link between field operations and management, ensuring high-quality service delivery and continuous improvement in field execution.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and supervise the day-to-day operations of the field services team.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to quality standards.
- Implement field service policies and procedures in coordination with the Field Services Manager.
- Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to field staff to promote skill development and high performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Assist with onboarding, training, and performance evaluations of field staff.
- Maintain accurate records of field activities, incidents, and team performance metrics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and make recommendations to management.
- Perform onsite Quality Compliance visits once per month or as the need dictates.
- Produce detailed and accurate reports.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a field operations or field supervisory role, preferably in construction, facilities, or project-based services.
- Demonstrated leadership ability and experience managing field-based teams.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Familiarity with field service software or work order management systems preferred.
Work Environment / Physical Requirements: Work is performed in both office and field environments, with exposure to varying weather conditions.
Some overnight travel is required.
Requires frequent standing, walking, and use of hands; occasional climbing, kneeling, or lifting up to 20 pounds.
Requires use of standard office equipment and mobile communication devices.
Must be able to read, understand, and follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols.
