mortgage closing experience to succeed here. We provide structured training and

hands-on support to teach you the process, systems, and responsibilities needed to

become successful in this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll train to become an expert in the final stages of the mortgage process.

You’ll learn how to:

● Review loan files and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and

consistency

● Prepare and verify closing-related information based on approved loan terms and

internal processes

● Work with internal teams and external partners to help loans move smoothly

toward closing and funding

● Review fees, disclosures, and supporting documents to identify discrepancies or

missing items

● Manage updates, changes, and re-disclosures in a deadline-driven environment

● Keep multiple files organized while maintaining strong turnaround times

● Communicate clearly and professionally when issues need to be resolved

● Protect quality, compliance, and accuracy while working at a fast pace

● Build judgment and confidence in handling time-sensitive file decisions

● Experience working in fast-paced environments where deadlines and accuracy

both matter

● Exposure to systems like Encompass or other workflow platforms is a plus, but

not required
