ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year related financial or customer services experience, or degree in related field
- Knowledge of all credit union products and services
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Displays attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Displays a high level of professionalism
- Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
- Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values
JOB SUMMARY:
- Review check order exceptions and end-of-day check processes to verify balancing
- Assist with the setup for product access and handle password resets
- Assist with data for payroll incentives for Member Services
- Assist with preparation of training materials for department meetings and processing reports for the Member Service Department
- Process FED orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels for debit cards, gift cards, department and Admin Branch supplies, while facilitating notary setups, renewals, and stamp orders
- Provide support in department procedures
- Assist Chief Member Service Officer on various projects

Location: Administration (Port Neches)
Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of: Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
