Our Member Service Coordinator delivers exceptional service while providing administrative support to the Member Service department. We are looking for a candidate that possesses the following skills; a high school diploma or equivalent, math aptitude, and keyboarding skills. ADDITIONAL REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year related financial or customer services experience, or degree in related field
  • Knowledge of all credit union products and services
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Displays attention to detail and organization skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks and prioritizing responsibilities
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Displays a high level of professionalism
  • Dependable; punctual and regular attendance
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support the credit union’s mission and values

JOB SUMMARY:

  • Review check order exceptions and end-of-day check processes to verify balancing
  • Assist with the setup for product access and handle password resets
  • Assist with data for payroll incentives for Member Services
  • Assist with preparation of training materials for department meetings and processing reports for the Member Service Department
  • Process FED orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels for debit cards, gift cards, department and Admin Branch supplies, while facilitating notary setups, renewals, and stamp orders
  • Provide support in department procedures
  • Assist Chief Member Service Officer on various projects

Classification: Non-Exempt

Location: Administration (Port Neches)

Hours: Scheduled for 40-hours per week between the hours of: Monday through Friday 8:15AM to 5:15PM
