Master Certified Automotive Technician - Nissan
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Nissan Master Certified Technician to join our dedicated service team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a professional passionate about automotive excellence, diagnostics, and delivering exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will perform advanced diagnostics and repairs, ensuring our customers receive top-tier service while mentoring junior technicians to foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Nissan vehicles, including electrical, mechanical, and drivability issues
Utilize factory diagnostic tools and service information to accurately identify and resolve vehicle concerns
Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs in accordance with manufacturer standards and quality guidelines
Mentor and assist junior technicians, sharing expertise and best practices to promote skill development
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols
Document all repairs and diagnostics thoroughly in the service management system
Stay current with Nissan technical bulletins, service procedures, and industry advancements
Signing bonus and/or relocation assistance for the right candidate

Current Nissan Master Technician Certification (required)
5+ years of professional automotive repair experience
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Proficiency with OEM diagnostic tools and software
Valid driver's license with clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
ASE certifications (A1–A8 or Master Technician)
Experience with hybrid and electric vehicle systems
Leadership or mentoring experience
Strong communication skills
