General Manager at Rambilas Group LLC – Lakeland, Florida

Position Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including driving sales, managing profitability, leading and developing the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and high performance
• Drive sales growth and meet or exceed financial targets (revenue, labor, and food cost)
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team
• Create a positive, accountable, and results-driven culture
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health standards are consistently met
• Manage inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships
• Oversee scheduling to optimize labor and business needs
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Analyze financial reports and implement action plans to improve performance
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local/state regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (General Manager experience preferred)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Proven track record of driving sales and managing costs
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficient in basic financial reporting and restaurant KPIs
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks
