EEG Technologist I Position Summary
The EEG Technologist I performs electroencephalopathic studies and has primary responsibility for other physiological testing for inpatients as ordered by a Physician.
EEG Technologist I Position Requirements
- High School or four-year technical school plus up to two years training in a specialty or two years of college or comparable education.
- Three years to 5 years.
EEG Technologist I Schedule
- Expected to work 7 1 / 2 hour day week schedule usually 0730 to 1530.
- May require employee to stay until all work is completed, i.e., emergency patients.
- Usually does not work weekends, but will be expected to respond to calls for emergencies on nights and weekends.
- May be expected to work overtime on occasion.
EEG Technologist I Benefits

At TidalHealth, team members working at least 36 hours per pay period based on 12-hour shift schedules or at least 37.5 hours for non 12-hour shift schedules and part-time team members working at least 30 hours or more on weekends only are eligible for benefits.
