RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome guests with professionalism and warmth, creating an inviting bar and lounge experience.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and menu items, offering thoughtful recommendations.
- Accurately take and prepare food and beverage orders, ensuring timely and consistent delivery
- Verify guest identification and responsibly serve alcohol in accordance with state laws and company policies
- Use suggestive selling techniques in a natural, hospitality-driven way to enhance the guest experience
- Build genuine, professional rapport with guests while maintaining a polished presence behind the bar

- Ensure alcohol is consumed only in approved areas and monitor guest consumption responsibly
- Complete opening, running, and closing side work to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar
- Work collaboratively with service and culinary teams to support smooth, seamless service
- Participate in ongoing training, review shift notes, attend meetings, and consistently uphold company standards and policies
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of a dynamic restaurant schedule.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs., bend, climb, and reach overhead.
- Strong communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in service, mixology and order taking.
