Student Nurse Extern PRN at Childrens Hospital of The King's Daughters – Norfolk, Virginia

Provides developmentally appropriate psychosocial and clinical care respective to the assigned patient populations.

Participates in assigned educational activities.

May provide more sophisticated clinical treatments for assigned patients while assisting the RN and under that RN’s direct observation and supervision.

Performs other duties as assigned.

CPR Training required and/or must be obtained within 45 days of hire.

Normal office and patient care environments with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Occasional exposure to communicable diseases.
