What You'll Do
Sales & Leasing- Market, sell, and rent homes within your Havenpark community to hit company business plans
- Self-generate and manage leads to build a healthy sales pipeline and hit conversion metrics
- Drive traffic through prospecting, networking, call campaigns, open houses, and community events
- Show homes in a way that highlights the right fit for each prospect — not just a transaction
- Be a proud brand ambassador for Havenpark, representing our values in every interaction
- Guide prospects through the Havenpark Sales Matrix from first contact to a smooth closing
- Log all communications in the CRM and provide consistent follow-through with every lead
- Generate and manage sales agreements, including sales tax calculations, payment plans, and credit checks
- Ensure all sales and rental practices comply with Havenpark policies, state regulations, and Fair Housing Standards
- Stay sharp on product knowledge, competitor activity, local market trends, and community demographics
- Build relationships with current residents to drive satisfaction and referral sales
- Follow up with new move-ins to ensure a great experience and generate organic referrals
- Work with current renters in your community to help them make the move to homeownership
- Handle multiple priorities accurately and on time
- Join weekly rally meetings to sharpen sales and marketing strategies with your team
- Collaborate with the Community Manager, Regional VP, Regional Sales Manager, and Home Office on community sales plans
- 1+ year of sales experience in real estate, new home sales, or B2B/B2C environments strongly preferred
- Proven sales or customer service track record — you know how to close and how to build trust
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- A positive, self-motivated mindset with the drive to hit and exceed goals
- Comfort in a fast-paced, team-centered environment where no two days look the same
- Solid math skills and the ability to work through figures, calculations, and payment plans
- Detail-oriented problem solver who takes ownership of their results
- Commitment to continuous self-development in sales, marketing, and technology
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and CRM systems
- High school diploma or GED required
