Job Summary

Professionally greets all patients, families, and visitors entering through the main lobby. Assesses the need for patient information and directs patients to registration or the proper point of service depending on that need. Uses professional telephone etiquette and answers questions from patients, visitors, and public.

Education

Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent with GED.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience preferred.

Other Qualifications

Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of general computer skills and application. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
