What You’ll Do

  • Perform declarative configuration and customization of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and potentially other clouds/features (e.g., Experience Cloud) including custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and assignment rules.

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with best practices to enhance their Salesforce knowledge.

  • Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and implement solutions.

  • Maintain system documentation, including configuration workbooks and process documentation.

  • Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, recommending improvements where appropriate.

  • Assist with the testing and deployment of new Salesforce functionality.

  • Other duties as required.
