Team Lead – Warehouse
Sibanye-Stillwater | Fairless Hills, PA
Full time • Onsite • Day shift

Sibanye-Stillwater is seeking a hands-on Team Lead – Warehouse to support safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations at our Fairless Hills facility. This day shift role provides on the floor leadership, supports daily material handling and shipping activities, and helps ensure operational continuity in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What You Will Do
• Lead daily warehouse activities including receiving, staging, picking, and shipping materials
• Serve as a working lead by supporting frontline employees during daily operations
• Coordinate workflow and task assignments to meet productivity and accuracy goals
• Monitor safety practices and reinforce compliance with site procedures
• Assist with inventory tracking, documentation, and material movement
• Communicate operational needs and issues to supervisors and management
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and other departments as needed

What You Bring
• Two or more years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling operations
• Prior lead or acting lead experience preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, physical work environment
• Forklift experience preferred
• Basic computer or Excel experience is a plus

Schedule and Benefits
• 6AM to 2:30PM, Monday through Friday, onsite at Fairless Hills

Compliance Requirements
• Must meet ITAR and NAID eligibility requirements
