Team: People & Talent
About the Role
You’ll work closely with our Global Head of Talent, Senior Talent Partners, and hiring managers to deliver a strong end-to-end hiring experience. From finding and engaging great candidates to running interview processes and closing hires, you’ll play a key role in building the teams that drive our growth.
This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving environment. You’ll take real ownership from day one, leveraging AI tooling, building AI agents whilst working across a mix of roles and regions. You’ll also use data to guide your decisions, track pipeline performance, and continuously improve how we hire.
What Youll Do- Own hiring across a range of roles across the business, primarily focused on commercial due to our growth, managing the full process from initial brief through to offer
- Solve automation challenges using AI
- Build strong, high-quality pipelines by proactively sourcing and engaging top talent across multiple markets
- Run thoughtful, structured screening calls to assess candidate quality, motivation, and alignment
- Partner closely with hiring managers to shape role requirements, calibrate profiles, and move quickly on decisions
- Manage interview processes end to end, keeping things organised, efficient, and candidate friendly
- Use data to track performance, identify bottlenecks, and improve hiring outcomes over time
- Maintain a high standard of ATS hygiene and pipeline visibility
- Contribute to improving how we hire, from candidate experience to employer brand and internal processes
- 3+ years in recruitment, in-house or within agency account management, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth company
- Strong sourcing ability with experience building pipelines across different functions
- Comfortable managing multiple roles at once without losing quality or attention to detail
- Experience working across global hiring or coordinating across time zones
- Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools
- Clear and professional communicator who can build trust with both candidates and stakeholders
- You continuously optimise, looking for ways to do things better, smarter and faster

- Screening Call (30 mins) – Video-call with a member from the Talent Team
- Skills Interview (45 mins) – Video-call with our Global Head of Talent
- Final Stage (60 mins, in-person) – Meet the wider People & Talent team and present a short task
We aim to complete the interview process and provide feedback within two weeks.
