Requirements:What You’ll Do
• Provide project-based sales support, including item research, account setup strategy, bid support, and customized solutions, ensuring the sales team is fully equipped for success through flexible, client-focused problem solving and execution.
• Act as the right hand to the Sales Team, managing incoming requests and keeping deals on track
• Build and process orders, quotes, and credits with accuracy and urgency
• Lead Account Setup, Configuration, and Optimization Strategy
• Own webstore setup and management, including logins, approvals, and recurring orders
• Develop custom product lists and pricing contracts tailored to customer needs
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure a seamless customer and sales experience
• Jump in as needed to support customer inquiries, order issues, and resolutions

What You’ll Get
