OfferCharm is hiring a driven Inside Sales Representative to be the front line of our real estate investment operation. This role is built for salespeople who thrive on conversations, know how to qualify opportunities, and want a clear path to strong earnings without chasing cold leads or running appointments.

You’ll spend your day on the phone with motivated homeowners, building rapport, uncovering motivation, and turning conversations into signed contracts. If you’re competitive, coachable, and want to be part of a team that treats sales like a profession—not a guessing game—this role is for you.

$50,000 - $70,000 commission based

• Handling inbound and outbound calls with homeowners interested in selling
• Building rapport quickly and controlling the sales conversation
• Qualifying motivation, timeline, price, and property condition
• Presenting offers and securing signed contracts over the phone
• Confidently handling objections and pushing deals forward
• Managing follow-ups and pipeline inside the CRM
• Working closely with the acquisitions team to ensure smooth handoffs

• Sales experience required (real estate a plus, not required)
• Comfortable with high-volume phone conversations
• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-driven
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Reliable and punctual in an in-person office environment
• Hungry to grow long-term, not just “try sales”

All Inside Sales Representatives go through a structured 4-week paid training period, focused on:

• Sales scripts and call flow
• Objection handling and negotiation fundamentals
• CRM usage and pipeline management
• Understanding OfferCharm’s buying criteria and process

This training is designed to prepare you to perform at a high level quickly and confidently.
