Who We’re Looking For
We are excited to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top IT talent to meet our clients' project-based and long-term staffing needs. You will work closely with our clients, hiring managers and sales teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process, from identifying candidates to onboarding.

- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding IT professionals.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and networking, to identify top IT talent.
- Work closely with hiring managers and sales teams to understand job requirements, project timelines, and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT professionals to create a robust talent pipeline for future staffing needs.
- Over years of full lifecycle recruitment experience, specifically in technology.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and skills, including, Azure, ServiceNow, Data and AI roles
- Proficiency in Boolean search, ATS system (Lever), LinkedIn and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Ability to manage multiple roles, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet hiring deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, assess, and negotiate with candidates
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience working in a consulting firm
