Join a forward-thinking learning organization dedicated to building impactful digital education experiences that drive real business results. This role is ideal for a strategic and highly organized leader who enjoys combining project coordination, team support, and instructional design expertise in a fast-paced environment. If you thrive in dynamic teams and love creating structure that enables success, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead planning and coordination of learning design projects, ensuring timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables are clearly defined and achieved.
  • Translate project roadmaps into actionable task lists while monitoring progress and maintaining momentum across the team.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, transparency, and strong working relationships.
  • Manage review and approval workflows, proactively following up to keep projects on track and removing bottlenecks.
  • Support resource planning by assigning projects based on skill fit, monitoring team capacity, and escalating risks when necessary.
  • Independently manage a select number of e-learning projects as an instructional designer.
  • Assist with training launches and communication plans, crafting engaging messaging for internal and external audiences.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements that enhance collaboration, efficiency, and scalability of learning operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a Mid-level or Senior Instructional Design role, or a comparable Learning & Development position.
  • At least 1 year of experience in team leadership, project coordination, or people management within learning or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and digital learning best practices.
  • High AI literacy, with experience using automation tools, custom GPTs, or scalable AI solutions considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills across internal and external teams.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
  • Comfortable adapting priorities in a fast-changing business environment.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to motivate teams and keep initiatives moving forward.

Benefits:

  • Independent contractor arrangement with flexible remote work setup.
  • Meaningful involvement in global learning and development initiatives.
  • Dynamic and supportive team environment focused on innovation.
  • Career growth opportunities within a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization.
  • Exposure to cutting-edge e-learning tools, AI technologies, and modern learning strategies.
  • Access to high-quality professional development resources.
  • Opportunity to make visible impact through strategic learning programs.
