HTI is seeking a Production Supervisor for a rapidly growing manufacturing and assembly operation in Anderson, SC. This is an opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and helping establish structure within a growing organization.

What You Need

• Experience in production leadership, manufacturing, assembly, or warehouse operations

• Strong understanding of production scheduling, workflow coordination, inventory management, and quality control

• Experience leading, coaching, and developing employees while maintaining accountability

• Familiarity with ERP systems, work orders, inventory tracking, and production reporting

• Strong computer skills and willingness to leverage technology, including AI tools, to improve workflows

• Ability to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and establish organized production processes

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to assist on the production floor when needed

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a growing environment where processes are still being developed

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred

What Your Role Looks Like

• Lead, coach, and develop a production and assembly team of approximately 5–10 employees

• Coordinate daily production schedules across multiple product categories to meet production goals and customer deadlines

• Oversee workflow from manufactured components and raw materials through assembly and finished goods inventory

• Monitor production output, inventory levels, quality standards, and employee performance

• Identify production bottlenecks, scheduling challenges, and quality concerns, implementing improvements to increase efficiency

• Utilize ERP systems to manage work orders, inventory, production tracking, and reporting

• Help implement standardized processes, digital job boards, and technology-driven workflow improvements

• Collaborate with purchasing, manufacturing, and leadership to ensure materials are available and production runs smoothly

• Maintain safety standards, accurate documentation, and an organized production environment

• Support employee training, performance management, and continuous improvement initiatives
