As a Restaurant Team Member, you'll help prepare delicious Marco's Pizza, provide excellent customer service, and create memorable experiences for our customers.

Whether you're making pizzas, helping customers, or supporting your teammates, you play an important role in our success.

No experience necessary — we'll provide the training!

💰 Compensation & Opportunities

• $13–$14 per hour + tip share
• $500 sign-on bonus for eligible new hires
• Starting pay based on experience, availability, and qualifications

🎉 $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Receive a $500 sign-on bonus after 120 days of employment, provided you:

• Remain actively employed and in good standing.
• Are scheduled and actively working at least 20 hours per week at the time of bonus eligibility.

The bonus is payable after completing 120 days of employment, provided all eligibility requirements are met.

What You'll Do

Make Great Food

• Prepare pizzas and other menu items according to Marco's quality standards.
• Follow recipes, portioning guidelines, and food-safety procedures.
• Ensure every order is accurate, fresh, and prepared with care.

Deliver Great Customer Experiences

• Welcome customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Answer phones, take orders, and assist customers.
• Provide fast, accurate, and professional service.
• Help resolve customer concerns and make things right.

Be Part of the Team

• Work together and support teammates wherever help is needed.
• Learn different positions throughout the restaurant.
• Help with cleaning, stocking, and daily restaurant operations.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and the restaurant clean and organized.
• Complete assigned opening, closing, and shift responsibilities.

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. We'll train the right people!
