We are looking for an experienced mobile performance marketing specialist to manage and scale paid user acquisition campaigns across a diverse portfolio of mobile applications. You will work with subscription apps, mobile games, and established brands, helping them acquire valuable users and achieve measurable growth. Accountabilities

You will take ownership of mobile paid acquisition campaigns from setup and execution through reporting, optimization, and client communication. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Paid campaign management: Set up, manage, and optimize performance advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), Snapchat, TikTok, and other major social platforms.

  • Search advertising: Plan and manage campaigns through Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.

  • Mobile DSP management: Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns across mobile demand-side platforms such as AppLovin, Moloco, Mintegral, Kayzen, and Unity.

  • Measurement and attribution: Coordinate Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) setups to ensure accurate tracking and reliable campaign measurement.

  • Performance reporting: Create and maintain reports using Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, Tableau, and other reporting or business intelligence tools, tracking performance against relevant KPIs.

  • Campaign optimization: Continuously analyze acquisition and retargeting campaigns, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies aligned with client business objectives.

  • Creative strategy: Prepare creative briefs for the graphics team and ensure campaigns are supported by fresh, relevant advertising assets.

  • Creator sourcing: Use user-generated content (UGC) platforms and tools to identify suitable creators who can promote clients' applications.

  • AI and innovation: Explore AI-powered tools to improve creative production and advertising workflows.

  • Client communication: Independently address client questions about campaign performance, setup, and results, explaining trends and key performance indicators clearly.

  • Account ownership: Take responsibility for account targets and KPIs, identify potential risks early, and propose concrete corrective actions.

  • Tracking and analytics consulting: Advise clients on measurement topics, including SKAdNetwork (SKAN), MMP integrations, attribution, and tracking.

  • Knowledge sharing: Contribute to team learning and industry visibility through knowledge sharing, content creation, and speaking opportunities.

Requirements

You bring hands-on experience in mobile paid user acquisition, a strong understanding of measurement and attribution, and a proactive approach to campaign performance. You should be comfortable managing client relationships, presenting insights, and taking ownership of measurable results. The key requirements include:

  • At least 3 years of proven experience managing paid user acquisition channels for mobile applications.

  • In-depth knowledge of leading Mobile Measurement Partner platforms, such as Adjust, AppsFlyer, Branch, and Kochava.

  • Strong understanding of mobile tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement.

  • Practical experience setting up and working with Apple's SKAdNetwork (SKAN).

  • Familiarity with Excel, Google Data Studio, Tableau, or other business intelligence and reporting tools.

  • Strong reporting skills and the ability to translate campaign data into actionable insights for both optimization and client communication.

  • Good presentation skills and confidence using Google Slides, Keynote, or PowerPoint.

  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to track priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate potential delays or risks proactively.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the initiative to identify opportunities and propose solutions.

  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for sharing expertise with colleagues and the wider mobile marketing community.

  • Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.

  • Nice to have: Basic understanding of App Store Optimization (ASO) strategies.

  • Nice to have: Experience with AI and creative tools such as Claude, Canva, Midjourney, and CapCut.

Benefits

  • Remote work flexibility: Work remotely within the European Union.

  • Education budget: Funding for courses, conferences, and professional certifications.

  • Annual leave: 24 days of vacation per year.

  • Competitive compensation: Base salary combined with performance-driven commission.

  • Vouchers and discounts: Access additional employee perks and savings.

  • Autonomy and ownership: Enjoy a high level of responsibility with minimal bureaucracy.
