Client Account Executive in Nashville, Tennessee at Nuvant Consulting Group

Overview

Good salespeople listen first. As a Client Account Executive, you'll sit down with business owners, learn how money moves through their business, and recommend a payment and point-of-sale setup that saves them money every month. Then you'll close the deal and make sure they are set up right.

You don't need to know the payments world yet. Training covers the product, the process and the conversation, and the team is there whenever you need a hand. This is a full-time role that pays on performance, with bonuses for strong months, so the accounts you bring on drive what you earn.

What You'll Do

• Reach out to business owners and open a real conversation
• Review how they take payments today and where it costs them
• Recommend the option that fits their business and explain it plainly
• Handle objections with confidence and bring the deal to a close
• Help each new client through setup and the first weeks
• Keep your pipeline, notes and follow-ups current

What We're Looking For

• Natural relationship builder who likes to close
• Organized, consistent and comfortable managing a pipeline
• Open to coaching and eager to improve
• Background in sales, account management, retail or hospitality is a plus
