Job Description

We are looking for a full time fingerprint operator to work in our Annapolis and/or Hanover offices.

In addition, we need assistance with our marketing and sales with additional bonuses to be allocated based on performance.

Job Description:

  • Greet clients & answer general information questions as it relates to fingerprinting
  • Perform fingerprint services by operating livescan unit to collect and submit electronic fingerprints
  • Interact with CJIS and other key stakeholders in the fingerprinting process
  • Maintain transaction data, collect fees, and preform daily recon analysis as needed
  • Perform notary duties and take/email/print passport photos
  • Perform mobile fingerprinting services when needed
  • Perform HB486 or PreEmployment background checks as needed
  • Assist with online marketing and be able to discuss our offering with potential clients

Qualifications:

  • Great customer service skills
  • Functional with most office tools
  • College degree
  • Prior livescan fingerprinting experience a plus
  • Marketing/sales experience a plus
