Registered Veterinary Technician Lead Specialty at Royal Vista Veterinary Specialists – Windsor, Colorado

This role is responsible for leading and maintaining a technical staff that embodies the core values of Empathy, Service, Accountability, Team, Exploration, and Joy. The position oversees the training, performance, scheduling, and evaluation of technical staff within specialty departments. Additionally, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for all technical inquiries, concerns, and issuesboth on and off premisesrelated to specialty departments. As a full-time, salaried, exempt position, you'll report directly to the Practice Manager.

We specialize in urgent care, internal medicine, oncology, and surgery. We also offer mobile veterinary surgery services through Front Range Mobile Surgical Specialists. We will also work closely with your family veterinarian to ensure a continuity of care and the best possible outcome for your pet. Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with an hourly pay rate starting at$30 - 36/hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
