What You’ll Do:

Forget cold calls. Our clients come to us. Your role focuses on guiding and advising members who have already expressed interest in their benefit options. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Reaching out to members by phone or video to schedule consultations

  • Hosting virtual meetings to assess needs and recommend tailored coverage

  • Walking clients through enrollment and completing applications

  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience

  • Continuously developing your skills through mentorship and training sessions

What You Bring to the Table:

  • A strong desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives

  • Confidence communicating and building trust with clients

  • Self-discipline and a proactive work ethic

  • A driven, coachable mindset with a willingness to learn

  • Prior experience in customer service or sales is helpful—but not mandatory
