Compensation: $13.25-$13.49 per hour

Schedule: 2:00PM-11:00PM

Responsibilities:

As a Kitchen Associate you will be responsible for ensuring each guest receives exceptional service by creating a friendly environment, greeting each guest, maintaining high standards, demonstrating solid product knowledge, and delivering all components of outstanding guest service.

• Ensure proper preparation, presentation, and freshness of all food products.

• Prepare menu items according to the company’s recipes ensuring quality and consistency

• Maintain and practice safe and sanitary food handling procedures at all times.

• Assist in training team members as needed and become cross-trained in both retail and food service operations where applicable.

• Follow incident reporting procedures and promptly report any safety concerns or related incidents to management.

• All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, kneel, and bend for the duration of your shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.

• Ability to prioritize and organize workload.

• Strong verbal communication to interact with guests and team members effectively.

• Willingness to learn the store’s computer applications.

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background check.
