Baccarat is a legendary French crystal company with boutiques across the country. Baccarat crystal, crafted to perfection by the world’s finest artisans, is elegant, contemporary, and world famous.

We are looking for someone with a background working in luxury retail, who can provide exceptional service and care to our clientele. As a part-time employee, this position will be working between 27-30 hours per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable, white glove service to clients and be an ambassador of the brand, ensuring that every client is treated according to the Baccarat global standards.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of products as well as Baccarat history and heritage.
• Exceed sales goals and key retail KPIs (ADT, UPT, etc.)use CRM tools to build and retain relationships with our current customer and identify potential clients.
• Proactively avoid customer service issues by finding meaningful resolutions for customers and using best-in-class customer service.
• Maintains awareness of all current marketing and promotional activity.
• Cultivate a robust client portfolio to secure a proactive and growing business.
• Assist in merchandising and maintenance of the shop floor when needed.
