POSITION SUMMARY

Serves guests in a prompt and courteous fashion.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Services our guests with beverages in a prompt and courteous fashion.
2. Supports good guest service throughout casino floor.
3. Assures service carts are cleaned, free of any soda, coffee, or residue including the wheels.
4. Assures beverage room is cleaned thoroughly including inside cupboards and shelves, getting rid of cardboard debris and garbage, sweeping and mopping floors, and washing walls.
5. Restocks all condiments including cream, sugar, stir sticks, coffee cups, and soda cups.
6. Assures all containers are clearly marked at all times.
7. Wipes down all dispensers, containers, sinks, and countertops on every shift.
8. Maintains knowledge of all events in the property as a whole.
9. Attends and/or facilitates all mandatory meetings and training.
10. Maintains confidentiality at all times.
11. Is sensitive to Native American Culture.
12. Operates within the parameters of the Leech Lake Gaming Human Resource Policy, Departmental Policy Manual and all Tribal Internal Controls (TICs), and all other applicable regulations.
13. Secures the assets of Leech Lake Gaming and the Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe.
14. Performs other duties as assigned.

Computer Skills: Must have basic computer skills.

Certificates & Licenses: Must meet Tribal/State compact licensing requirements, pass a criminal background check, and submit to drug testing.
