Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a well-rounded Human Resources professional who’s ready to take ownership of both HR and general office management duties at Gulf Coast Property Management. This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day and is comfortable managing both people-related processes and the day-to-day operations of a busy office.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything from employee onboarding to maintaining a positive workplace environment—and you’ll help keep our team supported and our space running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

While the role touches a lot of different areas, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Managing payroll processing and benefits administration with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assisting department heads with employee relations, performance reviews, and internal communications
  • Coordinating trainings, team meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Helping maintain compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
  • Managing general office operations, including supplies, vendors, and upkeep of our physical workspace
  • Providing administrative support to the leadership team as needed

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 68,000 USD per year(Lakewood Ranch, FL)
