Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum Experience: Completion of internship Required Course(s)/Training: Completion of 5-year program from accredited school of pharmacy Required Certification/Registration: License and registration as required. Provides prescribed medications, drugs, and other pharmaceuticals as needed for adequate patient care according to professional standards and practices. Supervises the work of the technicians. Provides drug information to the physicians, hospital staff, and patients.
