Requirements for Residential Plumbing Technician – (included, but not limited to):

• Ability to clean drains as well as install pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, and toilets for water sewer and gas.
• Assemble fittings and values and valves for successful installation. Knowledge needed to make modifications as needed.
• Independent and able to work in a timely manner, with a goal to always work to ensure the job is done correctly the first time.
• Knowledge to choose best plumbing materials best for each job based on budget and location.
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions as given by managers and leadership

• Excellent customer service skills for work with customers and office staff.
• Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
• Organize and document all equipment needed for each scheduled job.
• Ability to communicate with customers to ensure they can understand the work being completed while also giving them ability to make the right decision for their system.
• Attention to detail and document all necessary pieces when working on a unit.

All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening, must possess a valid driver’s license, and must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment.

Our office is located at 4127 Manchester Highway in McMinnville Tennessee. Our lead Residential Plumbing Technicians will be able to take their trucks/vans home and will be dispatched from there.
