Educator (RN), Med Surg at RWJBarnabas Health – Elizabeth, New Jersey

Job Overview: Under the general direction of the Administrative Director, the Educator will coordinate, implement, and evaluate educational programs that support specialty needs. In association with other departments, the Educator will provide and facilitate a variety of educational services and consultations to support growth, development, and educational needs across the specialty. This role will support Medical Surgical areas and is a full-time day shift role.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey RN License or approved compact RN license required
• BSN required; MSN in Nursing or Masters in Education is preferred
• AHA BLS prior to start date required
• Previous Med Surg clinical nursing experience is required
