Clearspan is looking for a motivated HR Intern to join Clearspan’s HR department and assist with various projects starting in May 2025. This is an unpaid internship with possible academic credits and/or SHRM credits, as well as a per diem. Expected minimum 10 hours per week with flexibility. This position is remote with the possibility of continuing the internship through the Fall 2025 semester.
Responsibilities
- Assist the HR and Finance departments with:
- HRIS audits
- Onboarding and Offboarding
- Policy and Compliance
- Ad hoc projects
- Communicate relevant information to departments and managers as needed
Qualifications
- Studying toward a degree in human resource management or a related field
- Microsoft Office suite with strong Excel skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent customer service, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and communication.
