Position Description

Job Title: Student Assistant I

Department: Psychology Department

Reports To: Jenn Book

Location: Calvin Campus/Remote

Employment Status: 5-15 hours per week

Summary

The Student Assistant will work closely with the Psychology Department Leadership and Program Directors to monitor and manage psychological test materials. The student assistant will have the opportunity to work on other projects as time permits.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to students, faculty, and staff in locating and using psychological test materials.

Perform more in-depth work related to circulation and collections such as preparing test materials for distribution, checking test kits for completeness, and assisting with organizing and processing test materials.

Degree Requirements: Students must be actively enrolled at PAU.

Must be able to work independently

Requires ability to work with those of diverse culture and background

Familiarity with Excel, Word, Google
