Mike Maroone Volkswagen is seeking energetic, customer-focused Sales Consultants who are passionate about helping people find the perfect vehicle. Whether it's a sporty Golf GTI or a family-ready Atlas, you'll be the friendly face guiding our guests from "just looking" to "love it, let's drive it home!"

What You'll Do

• Greet and engage guests in a professional, approachable way (no pushy tactics -- just honest, helpful advice)
• Build relationships and understand each guest's needs to match them with the right VW or used vehicle
• Stay current on product knowledge, features and financing options
• Follow to ensure satisfaction after the sale

• A people-person with a knack for building rapport quickly
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a goal-driven environment
• Prior sales or customer service experience a plus (automotive experience is great but not required -- we'll train you!)
• Must be able to obtain a Colorado Auto Salesperson license
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two violations in the past three years.
