Coral Springs, Florida 33065-5733Medical Specialists of the Palm Beaches (MSPB) is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our dynamic team. This full-time position will support our clinical efforts in providing exceptional care to patients, working closely with physicians and other health professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and clinical excellence.Responsibilities:

• Perform history reviews, physical exams, and assessments to develop individualized patient care plans.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient health needs and make informed decisions.
• Provide prescriptions, administer medications, and offer health education to patients.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to create and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Use clinical judgment to initiate emergency treatments in accordance with office protocols, consulting with physicians as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, CLIA, State Board of Nursing, and Federal DEA regulations.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care, treatment plans, and follow-ups.
• Participate in required training programs and adhere to all MSBP policies, procedures, and applicable laws.

Qualifications:

• Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) with applicable state licensure and certification.
• Strong knowledge and experience in internal medicine and value-based care preferred, but not required.
• Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and healthcare teams.
• Commitment to quality care, patient safety, and compliance with regulatory standards.
