Tresco, Inc. is seeking a hardworking and dependable Custodial & Grounds Worker to help maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-manicured environment. Grounds Maintenance Responsibilities:

• Mow, edge, and trim lawns to maintain a professional appearance

• Remove litter and debris from grounds and pathways

• Provide weed control and desert landscape maintenance

• Operate outdoor equipment: weed eaters, edgers, hedge trimmers, blowers, and more

• Assist with special outdoor projects as assigned

Custodial Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain restrooms, floors, and public areas

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish as needed

• Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass doors, and entryways

• Replenish paper goods, soap, deodorizers, and batteries

• Perform monthly high-dusting and advanced floor care

• Ensure all equipment is maintained in clean, operable condition

• High School Diploma or GED

• Groundskeeping or custodial experience preferred

• Valid Driver’s License

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle record check

• Strong communication skills (English required; bilingual is a plus)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional under pressure

• Willingness to assist the public and maintain a customer-friendly attitude

• Respect for confidentiality and workplace professionalism
