Business Clerk at RecSol Recovery Solutions, LLC – Pembroke Pines, Florida

Are you detail-oriented and experienced in medical billing? We are looking for a Business Clerk experienced in billing to join our team and play a key role in billing Medicare and Medicaid, processing and repricing medical claims, managing collections, and supporting other business functions. Your work ensures accuracy, compliance, and timely reimbursement that supports the care of our patients.

What Youll Do

• Process and submit Medicare/Medicaid billing for ancillary services.
• Review accuracy of super bills, invoices, encounter sheets, and diagnosis documentation.
• Prepare and reconcile monthly Medicare Part D and DCF collection reports.
• Manage financial folders for new admissions, ensuring required documents are complete and compliant.
• Reprice medical invoices per Medicaid Fee Schedule and verify Medicare eligibility for claims.
• Complete annual reporting and additional weekly and monthly reports, as well as invoicing as required.
• Support audits (DCF, AHCA, Corporate) and follow compliance standards.

What Were Looking For

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Associate's or Bachelor's (preferred).

Experience

• One (1) year of Health care billing experience with Medicaid, Medicare, third party billing and knowledge of CPT codes preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
